OUR REGULATORY LICENCES
Alpha Ladder Group (ALG) comprises regulated entities licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We hold a Major Payment Institution licence and a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence that covers dealing in capital markets products and custodial services. Additionally, we are a recognised market operator and a CMS licensee in fund management, collectively encompassing nine regulated activities. These licences demonstrate our commitment to regulatory excellence and responsible innovation in digital payments, capital markets, and the broader green financial ecosystem.
